We are holding meetings on the Gulf Coast on the following dates:

Sunday, November 3: 10am – 5pm View Showroom @ Island View Casino Resort 3300 West Beach Blvd., Gulfport, MS 39501

If you were OVER 65 or were DISABLED or had a Saltwater Fishing License on 4/20/2010 (i.e., the date of the BP Oil Spill) and you fished for your food, you may qualify for compensation from BP.

If you were OVER 65 on 4/20/2010, please bring a copy of the following documents to the meeting: (1) ID; and (2) Social Security card.

If you were DISABLED on 4/20/2010, please bring a copy of the following documents to the meeting: (1) ID; (2) Social Security card; and (3) A letter from the SSA office showing the date that you first became entitled to disability payments (i.e., the date you were placed on disability). You can get a copy of this letter from your local SSA office (6000 Hwy 63, Moss Point, MS 39563; 228-474-7023).

If you had a Saltwater Fishing License that was valid on 4/20/2010, please bring a copy of the following documents to the meeting: (1) ID; (2) Social Security card; and (3) Your Saltwater Fishing License that was valid during the 2009-2010 fishing season and valid on 4/20/2010. If you do not have a copy of it, you can get a copy of your Saltwater Fishing License that was valid on 4/20/2010 from the MS Dept. of Marine Resources (1141 Bayview Ave., Biloxi, MS 39530; 228-374-5000).
